Transcend Health and Fitness is not your typical gym or personal training studio.  We pride ourselves at being the best in the industry by offering innovative techniques where functional movement patterns and health become the foundation for your strength, fitness and body composition.

Everyone is starting their journey from different positions so we ensure every new member undergoes a free functional movement analysis so that we establish a clear understanding of any restrictions, limitations or factors that may contribute to an interruption in progress.  Once we have screened you, based on the results we discuss with you what we believe to be the best solution for you moving forward and set you up on a respective 8 week challenge where you will receive full nutritional guidance, constant support and access to an environment that will not only encourage you throughout your journey, but feel like your home away from home.

Our number one goal as health professionals is to not only teach you to unleash your true potential, but to get you moving and performing pain free as well as living a healthier, more active and happier life.
