
We are all individuals with different body types, heights, lever length and flexibility based of our lifestyle choices, training history, or injury. Our L2L movement system teaches you the ‘correct’ movement patterns customised to your ability. Our main focus in this workshop is to pass on our knowledge to get you moving under load pain free within ‘your’ full range of motion.
We simplify the biomechanics of the squat by teaching you how to brace (not breath) under load, your foot positioning based of your body type and work our way up all the way to head position and eye gaze. Once we have covered the fundamentals of the squat, the rules are easily applied to the deadlift and other compound movements that should be the cornerstone of any strength program.
Our movement system will also teach you specific “primers’ that can be applied in your warm ups to assure that you are ready to move under load pain free, avoid injury and progress with your goals effectively.
